Alright then, so I am here to say, Merry Christmas to whoever believes in it. For all the rest (me included) enjoy how the people are going crazy out there to buy the gifts and the ingredients for the Christmas Eve dishes.
Oh, you know what I am thinking … epicureists knew better. Lucretio, some latin writer I studied this year, told us about it, he told us how it’s better to stay away from such matters. He was more about not gaining too much money, not looking for power, refuse to go for military carreer, try to avoid strong passions and such, because from all too good feelings, you’ll have also in return bad feelings. But let’s add Christmas. What’s Christmas? Passions, gifts, to receive and accept. Hell, this is painful. You know, money flow, crisis, gallons or liters of fuel burned going through malls for buying gifts. Maybe you’re also one of those unlucky people who gotta go at friend’s house eating the wife’s or mother’s (or grannie’s) food that yeah is good but damn, it’s way too much for just 10 people! You could feed a football squad with that.
I’m happy after all for not following this tradition like many people do, since I did this in past, and all I can remember is pain in my belly, pricy gifts killing accounts, receiving bath salts instead. I would never bring on such anymore.
But yeah, it’s vacation, who doesn’t like being mindless for a few days before going back to work. For instance I got here a pair of PCs urgently to repair for tonight, for one I even have to pack it! Like hell, I am gonna ask more money for this… yeah right. I am not going to because I am too nice. 40-50€ for both will be just right. It’s Christmas after all! It’s Christmas after… .___.
Truly, I prefer the end of the year festivity. A lot of noise, maybe a luxury party from some friend, or just staring out of the window of my room to the sky watching at the fireworks that are being lit 700 meters from home.
If any other bloggers out here wants to give their point of view, just add more to this post by editing it, I’ll be around this PC anyway to read.

Yes they are. I hate happiness, so Christmas is not a favorite holiday of mine……
It’s kind of odd to claim to hate happiness, since you would therefore derive happiness from its lack….
Guess he means he hates when someone calls for happiness. Happiness is nothing you can have just by calling it.
Christmas is a huge call for happiness… I’m no sad kid but I can still say that saying “during christmas everyone must be happier” is as lame as saying “on agoust there should be more water in Somalia” and “in may there will be no war in Iraq”.
Not like we don’t want that, but there’s no way, as water won’t grow out of our brain, happiness won’t as well.
