Kanokon chapter 21

Kanokon chapter 21

So here comes with some delay a chapter of Kanokon. We were busy, mind you.

I’ll take the chance to declare that quite a few astonishing features will be added in FoOlRulez on the anniversary of the creation of the Scanlation section (or at least we plan to). Also, some weird chapter from some manga, quite a few normal ones too, will be released on that holy day (or at least….. WE PLAN TO).

You should come rejoycing on that day in FoOlRulez, but I guess the manga you read will call you here either way.

Canis says:

For those that don’t notice, this is the end of a volume. Meaning FoOlz has brought all of Kanokon Vol. 4 (and the last chapter of Vol. 3). Simply put, go us :> And we of course plan to continue into Vol. 5. Hope you all like it, and that Woxxy doesn’t murder me for editing his release post :D.

Just a few sound effects from this chapter alone:
Flick (not a sound effect, but a word? Okay…)
    Shine (another word here. Excellent)
    Rustle (Yay! Another word!)
Lunge (Oh man, we’re on a roll now!)
    Swing (Whooooaaauuuuggghhhh!)
    Kick (Seriously, you’re kidding?)
    Crush (Please, stop this torture)
Clap (You trying to make me lose my will to live?)
    Punch (Stop, please, just stop!)
Flash (I am now hitting my head against my desk)
    Dodge (insert witty comment)
    Appear (insert witty comment)
    Furious atmosphere (insert witty comment)
    Slide (insert witty comment)
    Approach (insert witty comment)
    rip (insert witty comment)
    growling (insert witty comment)
    Roaring flames (insert witty comment)
    continuous barrage (insert witty comment)
    repeated attacking (insert witty comment)
    recoil (insert witty comment)
    roaring (insert witty comment)
    dash (insert witty comment)
    grab (insert witty comment)
    let go (insert witty comment)
    grasp (insert witty comment)
    storming off (insert witty comment)

Seriously. You kidding me? Most of these “SOUND EFFECTS” didn’t even make sense. Why not just leave the originals and add a * comment at the bottom of the box for the people that want to know what the heck it may have been that can’t read katakana or hiragana? Most of that crap I can’t even begin to picture.

I like this reaction, I’m may come up with even better ones for you when the next chapter comes out since you clearly lack any imagination. I have an idea, how about you send in a list of good SFX and we can all laugh at YOU for a change eh? I’m sure you’re a genius thats capable of it, just like how you spam “insert witty comment” like 20 times because you can’t actually make some witty comments yourself. A sarcasm fail if I ever saw one. :>

Also: “Flick (not a sound effect, but a word? Okay…)”

All the SFX you edit into a manga are words… Unless (and I’m sure you do) you sit at your computer and voice them aloud yourself like the little 5 year old kids playing star wars with sticks who invent new sounds for the “lightsaber”. Take things less seriously my friend, I like what I put in as SFX and if you don’t, then don’t read it.

I realize you’re merely a troll but I can’t pass up the opportunity to destroy cruddy logic. :D

I could probably go on but sadly it stopped entertaining me. XD

If he does that then he doesn’t get free detergent/movie tickets since he will show that he can pay for those items himself. Or maybe he can’t and he came here being obnoxious in hopes of being offered these items? WOXXY DON’T DO IT, IT’S A TRAP!

GO WATCH HARRY POTTER ON YOUR OWN FUNDS GOOD SIR!

And if your so poor don’t by name brand detergent. And fabric softner is too good for someone like you.

        Ok I’m done. XD

Thanks for anothert realease. The most important thing is that those that can’t read japanese now can understand what is happening . And this caunts. You guys do it for free and youre spending your time giving us next chapters of our favourite manga. Im gratefull for this

  3. Leon says:

The translations made by your group are exeptional, plus you got a nice blog XD

Anyway, what i’d like to ask is: Is there any way to get all the chapters? As far as I’ve seen the only chapters on the list are from 17 ahead, is there a way to get 1~21 (all together or one by one)?

  4. CanisInu says:

All chapters before 17 were done by various other groups and FoOlz was not doing the project at the time, so frankly their not our work. There’s several websites you can download chapters from however, and here’s one I know of http://crazytje.be/Manga/352.

    Hope that helps.

Wow, well, I was just reading the comments of some releases just for fun, and I just read the post of Phy. I know I don’t have to say it, but FoOlRulez don’t pay too much attention to him/her/probablly it, personally I like more the use of words than a THUMP, BAM, etc., it makes it easier to understand what is going on in my opinion

    • CanisInu says:

Thank you, it’s very helpful to hear this because it tells me you understand what I’m trying to convey. And that is simplicity, which makes things much easier to read and it’s a manga therefore that’s how it should be.

  6. James says:

I love Konokon. I watched the anime first, then started reading the manga. Thanks for your hard work trnslating. I look forward to more Kanokon.

  7. Ossuary says:

I was just wondering how you guys are doing. I know that the process to get out good translated manga takes a lot of time and effort and I thank you for that. I was just wondering if this project is on haitus due to lack of something? I’d really hate to see this one dropped.
