Last chapter in this volume inherent to the story. But there’s yet another chapter to go.
We have confirmed that there’s a new volume of Spice and Wolf being sold, volume 3. When the manga raws will be online we’ll start working on them. We’ll keep this project alive of course, as it’s one of the most furry interesting mangas we work on.
As usual lately, I’ll take chance to tell you that soon, on 8/8, there’s FoOlRulez Scan’s section anniversary. This means we MIGHT have some surprise for you. Note the conditional, because we rather give you higher quality stuff than releasing right on the anniversary. Hope you understand.

Honestly I don’t know, though it might be 1-2 months out of some estimation.
Well, it is currently following the light novels pretty well. And there are over 17 volumes of the light novels. My guess would be at least 50-80 more chapters, perhaps more as the light novels aren’t even done yet. Of course that’s assuming they’ll serialize everything in the novels.

The light novel shows no signs of stopping. Unless something happens to the author there will at least be a vol. 18. Onto the chapter…
I found it pretty enjoyable, it captures Saito’s idiotic nature as well as is more redeeming qualities (I guess…). Actually, Louise reading her wedding speach/poem was one of my favorite parts of that volume in the light novel. I wish they put more effort into that scene but I guess the chapters move by pretty quickly compared to their light novel counterparts.
Side note – I don’t know why I came up as anon down at the bottom of the comments…weird.
If you guys manage to take over the whole factory, you’ll share some of that pie with us, won’t you?

Wow, this plot twist about the pie factory is really interesting. How will Saito thwart their takeover attempt? He may need some help from international corporations back in the other world to impose trade sanctions or something. I hope he makes it back to call for assistance.

I love it when Louise wants Saito’s attention :3 Still, with Wardes about to attack the pie factory, how can Saito juggle spending time with Louise, going home, and saving the pies? Does the evil of Wardes know no end?
I want some pie too =3
