Our cousins at SCX-Scans just completed editing another chapter of Orange Roof.

It’s weird for me to be always available at 3.30 AM to release this stuff. Right now I am building a FaceBook app for the aNi-N-gin system that you should try (it’s in the sidebar). Oh well, I suppose I should go back coding for the good of this world of anime and manga.

    1. woxxy says:

I still don’t get why she can get her daughters taken away by the other family, while it’s the husband the one who committed adultery.

      • Gingy says:

I’m pretty sure the mother-in-law is bluffing…or just making stuff up to keep in control…

Man, in-laws are ugly, all of them look like clay golems or something…Natsumi’s mother isnt exactly pretty either, but atleast she looks human…

        • meme-kun says:

well in most countries is bi est on that the husband who is issuing the divorce or not get child because of his standing in society or it could be that women in japan not in a career may have their children repossessed at the family with blood relation to them to gain custody if the mother is found unfit which usually is the case just so u know im just sayin it like it is and GOD DAMN THOS r some fugly *** *****es

    2. dice says:

      thanks for the chapter

    3. Pi-chu says:

Thanks for all your hard work!! I luv this series but I really want to punch that man-ish mother-in-law so hard.

    4. dark mage says:

Thanks for the release. Please keep up the great affort :)

    5. B1 says:

Thanks very much for doing this series, I’m really enjoying it.

    6. DracMonster says:

      Woot! Thanks for another chapter.

My God, her ex’s entire family is concentrated fugly. Did she marry him for the money or was he a genetic offshoot?

    7. Kratos180 says:

Are people physically capable of being that ugly without having been dragged into an alley and beaten? I don’t want to imagine what Natsumi’s former husband was like…

    8. Bandages says:

      Thanks for your work!

Maybe the mother-in-law is planning on using money to hire a whole team of lawyers and plan to show that she’s an unfit mother or something? I mean, she doesn’t have any job skills, as they showed in the beginning. How can she support a family if she’s incapable of getting a job?

      • Gingy says:

I think thats the part where the new lover (aka-Ninomiya Shoutarou) comes in…seeing how he’s the perfect business man and a capable cook.

But anyways…even if they do bring it into court. And Natchi does lose and her kids are taken away….wouldnt Luna and Rina just say “no”? I mean…girls run away all the time from their real parents. If Natchi would lose, then the two daughters would return to a parent they DONT want to be with.

        • MLL of TUHC says:

Hehe don’t assume Japan legal system is the same as the Western system. A woman in Japan is afforded fewer rights than a comparible Western woman. A man can survive charges of adultery and still find work and a livelihood and a new wife. A woman charged with adultery, that is almost like a societal death sentence.

    9. Sumwun says:

Hey thanks! BTW any news on Tona-Gura! ? :D

    10. Bandages says:

I’d guess that they would say that they’re just children and wouldn’t really know what they want. I’m just making some assumptions. I find some of the story to be full of holes to.

    11. Gingy says:

pfft, the whole “they’re children so they dont really know what they want” is all just one big BS of a myth.

Look at me, when I was 5, I wanted sex. I still want it. See, I knew what I want.

      • T0Rn says:

I’ll keep that in mind whenever I see kindergartners from now on… Those devilish beasts…
Thanks for the release and keep up the great work!
