Turns out that the lowest cd on teemo's ulti is 16,2 secs
also, why do my cdr's go up when i upgrade my stinger to nashor's tooth
i had 16,2 and then i got my 5th NT and it went up to 19,2 again D:

 Well Fiendish Codex gives 10% while Stinger also gives 10% , which is 20%
Nashor's Tooth gives 25%, and extra 5%....I really wish the item was better...

Nashor tooth needs some changes for it to be viable.
Either a decrease in gold or a upgrade on the stas. For example, more AP.

Still, the main issue is that there isn't much champs that can actually use it, AD Kayle just outputs a lot more damage then AP Kayle. Jax needs tankyness more then anything. Orianna might be able to use it.
Pure AP TF is a lot better. Which basically leaves Teemo and everyone hates Teemo anyway. : <

 Part of me hates him...but part of me like his Toxic Shot and overall use of poison...but the other part of me hates his range. 



 After playing Hecarim for quite a bit, something just occured to me....Trinity Force might not be all that great on him afterall.

Didn't play him much yet, but I always felt like Triforce gives all Hecarim ever needs. Just get Triforce and full tank items and you're ready to go...
What items do you get for him?

I should try my Pantheon build on Hecarim and see how it goes
Cloth + 5 > Ninja tabi > Brutaliser > FM > RO > whatever i want

How about going (with Panth) Doran's Blade, Doran's Blade... huh... Dor- no wait, Brutalizer, Warmog's and Atma's? You can later swap the Brutalizer for a LW or a Randuin's. Or some MR if they're magic-heavy. Oh, and Zerkers. Oh, and you can also replace the Blades with BTs, but probably it won't last that long.
