She should. She should be aging, if I'm not misinformed. That may also be why she has started talking more.

I see I vaguely remember the promotional art (Nisemono or Kizumono) that have a child, pre-teen, teen, and adult Shinobu in it.

Spoiler for Bakemonogatari: I wonder if Shinobu's aging have something to do with her eating Hanekawa's oddity in Bakemonogatari.
