Harem Party. Koihime Musou is about a parallel world where (almost) every important figures in the Romance of the Three Kingdom story were females.
And the girl's face and the sprite's pose looks like the Cao Cao female version. But since the developer is different maybe it's just a coincidence?

Don't think I ever saw a visual novel with this high a resolution. And apart from some really old ones I never felt that they needed it tbh.
I honestly don't know enough about this to say how much effort would be required to make them in such high resolutions, so I can't really say anything on this matter...

I'm a bit late, yeah, but Saya no Uta is a much faster-paced VN than most I've seen. You can manage to get all the endings in a few hours. It's not rushed; it just doesn't need to be longer than it is to complete the story.
