So what are some good F2P mmos out there?

 So with the disappointing failure of D3 and League of Legends having some depression issues atm, and all the midterms just finishing, turns out I'm quite bored. It's been raining all weeks so I can't even go out or walk my dog. EO3 is fun, but I'm so close to beating it. And I don't want to set up the Wii to play Xenoblades because I need atleast a week or more of free time to play that game. :eh?:

 I think this is a good chance to play some other game! Here's what I'm looking for...

-free without any pay-to-access portions of the game elements...sort of like LoL I guess. If the game has a "pay to mine more or gain exp faster" function in it, then I don't mind

-character customization(the game lets you build your character in all sorts of different ways, and all of them are viable in their own ways in the end)

-character creation (this is probably the most important, I want to screw with skin colour, hair, eyes, noses, etc.)

-pleasing visuals. Doesn't have to be amazing, but not interested in playing some Ultima clone

-fun gameplay. Every MMO are the same monotonous grindfest in the end, but they all have different levels of success because of this area

-a decently sized playerbase


 So...does anyone here actually play any MMO? The last game of this sort of I played is Ragnarok's beta. That was during the early days of D2.

Spoiler for Hiden: I don't consider PSO and PSO2 as mmos but that's totally beyond the point and I'd hate discussing that right now. Actually I just hate discussing it, I've never done it
